These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of shibi.ai, the Shibi AI platform, and any services offered by Shibi Engineering, Inc.
The final terms will cover account responsibilities, acceptable use, intellectual property, deliverables and the role of the licensed Professional Engineer of record, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and termination.
Shibi never assumes the role of the engineer of record. Every design output requires sign-off by a licensed PE, and the PE retains professional responsibility for the design.
